Oven-Dried Strawberries

Serves: 1.5 cups
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs fresh strawberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°F
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats, or parchment. (I prefer mats)
  3. Wash, dry, and slice the strawberries in thirds, or thinner if you prefer.
  4. Arrange the berries on the mats and dry for 1.5 hours, then flip for another 1.5 hours.
  5. Keep an eye on them as you may need to rotate your pans depending on the thickness of the berries.
  6. Cool at room temperature and store in an air-tight container. They'll last longer if stored in the fridge.
