Slice the potatoes lengthwise ⅛ - ¼ inch thick, or use a mandolin.
Toast the slices for about 4-6 minutes in 3 intervals. The thicker the potato slices, the longer they will take. 3 is usually the magic number for me. You can also use a toaster oven or your kitchen oven, just keep flipping until cooked through. If I need to make bigger batches I use my oven. continued on a new line
