I’m a fan of keeping things simple. Can we over-complicate eating healthy?
Yes. We’re awesome at it. We over-complicate everything. We’re humans. It’s what we do.
So allow me to answer all of your dieting questions right now.
Just do this:
Eat more veggies. That’s it.
Replace your morning bagel with a veggie omelet. Replace your lunchtime PB & J with a salad loaded with things you love (avocado, berries, nuts and seeds, etc.) Replace your Friday night pizza with a cauliflower crust pizza topped with spinach and peppers.
Don’t over-complicate it. Just make a replacement where you can and over time you’ll notice less bloating, less cravings for sugar, more energy, and you’ll be several pounds lighter.
